This apartment will get you coming and going! You will have to get a 2nd job just to make up all your losses in fees that this damn place comes up with after you move in! Let s not mention all the damn noise! Loud laughing, arguing, domestic violence, barking/crying animals all over the place. This is all going on at the hours of 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am, 5am, ect....you get he picture! Yes we took action and contacted the appropriate chains of command and NOTHING WAS EVER DONE! The noise continued, night after night, month after month. Let s talk about parking.....your car has 85% chance of getting some kind of damage while parked here! Parking is adequate but for what ever reason, you always come out to you car to notice that someone has not taken into consideration, that you usually get in your car using your DRIVERS SIDE DOOR.....no joke, I have had to get in my car from the passengers side one to many times! The only way to prevent this is to park at the back of the building and hike to your apartment! Management is not pleasant and often snotty, nor are they flexible with unexpected/personal issues; they made no effort to compromise or help you any further. No wonder they are giving a $300 choose your neighbor voucher to get people moved in.......because everyone is moving OUT!

I disagree with this rating. I enjoy living here very much and have never had any problems. I have something that needs to be fixed and maintenance is always quick and responsive. Management has always been very courteous and professional.

i have not had any problems either. yes there is noise, but why wouldnt there be? there is no way you can prevent it, and its not that bad. parking is fine as long as you get home before 8. everyone on here is just complaining because they have had little problems and they dont get fixed right away. and the staff is very friendly. so i say stop complaining and learn to live with it or just leave. maybe if you stoped complaining so much, people would stop. and have in mind that most of the people that live here are in their early 20's so of course there would be loud noise!!

it doesn't matter if people here are in their early 20s. The lease has a noise policy and management should enforce it. I wouldn't have signed the lease had I known that management refuses to tell people to turn down their music and that there are no consequences for violating the noise policy. I just expect management to follow the policy on the lease and what the salesperson told me - nothing else. This place is a dump.
