	Im currently a tenant at Magnolia courts and I enjoy what they have done to the place, new owners really care about the property and are really going all out..compaired to last owners this is like the obama of magnolia

	Move in if you like landlord wars. One week they post a notice to pay "or else" to a certain company, then the next month, another flyer on the door saying to keep the rent and not pay at all. ... more
