Sure the rent is cheap, but there's a reason. This place has been an absolute nightmare since the day I moved in. The parking is a total nightmare. I have 2 cars. 1 is parked in the garage, which I had to request, and the other car was on a first come first served basis. The office recently told me I can't even park my 2nd car on the property now!! There are a thousand dirty noisy kids running around unsupervised throwing things in my patio and knocking on my door. They leave the grounds dirty with trash and broken toys. At night there are drug dealers in the alley way where the garages are. I'm scared to come home alone after dark. The apartment is very big but everything breaks and the apartment is infested with roaches. I have to spray twice a month. Maintenance is a problem. If I request something to be fixed, the office will forget to send someone. Once I got home and there was a maintenance car in my garage and I had no way to contact them to move their car! I had to wait until he came back and after trying to explain it was my garage, he pretended to not speak english and drove away. The staff has changed more times than I can remember and each time, they try to enforce new rules that are so inconvenient to me. They don't care about our problems since they dont have to live there. I can honestly say the worse service and living conditions everywhere. I can't wait to end my lease.. I may possibly break the lease early just to get the heck out of here.
