Try somewhere else From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/12/2005 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005   Apartment itself was extremely nice. Plenty of room and closet space. Management was always courteous and helpful. Bad News' 1. Roaches. They actually regularly have to spray and treat the whole complex for them. 2. Loud kids. Always running around walkways at every hour. Hear their stomping footsteps coming a mile away. One day some kids went around throwing eggs all over the complex. Maintenance didn't clean any of it up for almost 2 weeks. 3. Footsteps. Besides the kids, you can hear almost every footstep of the people who live above you. 4. Maintenance. While I was there, they were very understaffed. Sent in a work order twice in one day and they never got around to it. Didn't even bother to ask for a third time. 5. Vendors. There's always somebody knocking on your door trying to sell bootleg DVDs, candy bars, crafts, or other junk. 6. Parking. Unless you have a carport free, don't bother trying to find parking when evening comes.
