YES, THE MANAGER IS NICE, HOWEVER NICENESS DOESN'T CORRECT THE CREEPY HOMELESS PEOPLE WHO WANDER AROUND THE COMPLEX. IN ADDITION THE HOMELESS PEOPLE URINATE AND SOMETIMES DEFECATE BY YOUR CAR IN THE PARKING STALLS.
