A Nice Place to Live From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 1/27/2003 Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2005   Very nice place to live. I have been here for quite some time and over that time I have had some issues with noisy neighbors, but have been able to work the situations out with management. There have been different managers over the years and different assistants with different managing or non-managing techniques, but the management that is here currently is very good and very helpful. Maintenance is usually done on the day requested or the day after. Security patrols the complex and parking garage. I have never had anything happen like car break-ins, apartment break-ins, vandalism. Everyone is nice and keeps to themselves. It is also very close to the Block, Crystal Cathedral, Angel Stadium, The Pond, and the Orange Crush.
