It a nice property (if a bit sparsely landscaped), it needs to be painted but the apartments themselves are first rate. There are two major drawbacks:
1) If you get an apartment near the back there is no truck/auto access and you have to walk all of your belongings all the way from the street (approx 400 feet) up two flights of stairs (some with bends). Moving in is extremely hard to do, I recommend hiring movers.
2) We all just received registered letter announcing they are pursuing plans to convert to condos. Which means we are all out on our behinds by 2007. Don't move in (which is hard to do anyway, see number 1), unless you want to move right out again.
Sad really, tenants will supposedly have the opportunity to buy... but at what price' I am sure they will be priced much too high for renters to afford it.
