This place is converting to condos. Don't believe anyone who says that it only "may be" converting. The owners would not continue pursuing the conversion (which they are) if they did not want to go through with the conversion. As an apartment, it is fine.. clean, fairly quiet, some apartments have washer/dryer hookups which are hard to come by in Anaheim. It is somewhat overpriced, but an above average place. However, do not move here hoping to stay for a long time since renters will eventually be kicked out when it converts to condos. Sure, the owners will offer available units in other properties they own, but those are sub-standard and do not offer the same facilities as this complex. So, if you are looking for a place to live for 6-9 months, by all means, move here! If you are looking for a place to call home for a long time, don't bother!

If the condo market sucks, then why are cities like Costa Mesa, Irvine and the likes still building condo towers and converting apartment complexes and the conversions have been approved by the cities. I use to live at Sunrise and moved due to the announcement of the conversion. Renters are not safe anywhere! Property management companies do not care about tenants, only money.

12 month leases are now available at sunrise, proof that the condo thing has been pushed back more
