This place has been remodeled. So it looks very nice on the outside, there are lots of trees, plants, flowers ect. The only apartments that are actually nice looking are the ones that have hardwood flooring in them. (These types apartments have granite countertops black stove and microwave as well as beautiful wooden cabinets in the bathroom and kitchen) BUT THESE APARTMENTS ARE OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED. (anywhere from 1380-1500 and they're about 700-850 sq ft) The other apartments have cheap carpeting, painting, and cabinets. The kitchen in this type of apartment is also very small and it leaves no room for a double wide refrigerator so you have to squeeze by it every time you go in there. I wouldn't recommend this one. Both types do not have central air or heat so you are confined to your living room in the summer and winter because you have to keep all the other doors closed so that you can actually feel the cool or heat.

The only con about having a nice landscape is that the gardeners are here on random days of the week blowing leaves and around your CAR!!!! Also they have this SUPER LOUD pressure blowing that blows hard water on the sidewalk which they do pretty much everyday at about 7am-9am

Don't even get me started on the NOISE. I'm happy that we have a nice manager who is always fun to talk to but she does not have control of what goes on in the complex. There is a PLAYGROUND for all the kids to play at here and they don't even use it. They are ALWAYS outside their apartments banging their balls up against my door throwing things into my patio to see if my dog will eat them. The also SCREAM and SCREAM 24/7 either crying, running, or throwing things. This is the main reason I am moving out.

There is also cops here quite a lot during the early hours to break up domestic violence and drug use.

But other than that the place is GREAT hahaha
