Loving My Decision to Move Here From: LizElkins Date posted: 11/1/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   I've now lived in the Village Apartments for three months and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I looked at probably a dozen different complexes in the same price range and higher before choosing this on, and I know without a doubt I made the right decision. High ceilings, lots of windows, friendly neighbors that aren't afraid to say hello but also respect your privacy, washer dryer hook-ups, huge walk-in closet, gigantic oval shaped bathtub, and central A/C are all things that make me so happy to come home in the evenings. $1310 is a bit of a stretch in my budget, but after spending 6 miserable years at the Mariposa (formerly the Vista Pointe Apartments) on Lincoln and Rio Vista for about $300 a month cheaper, I can say it's the best move I've made... should have done it YEARS ago! My only one criticism has to do with the foyer area once you come from the elevator. There is a security issue with needing a key to access the parking garage. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
