I have been waiting for them to repair/replace my dishwasher for over a month. I've called the office and that ridiculous answering service they use to no avail. The appliances here are out dated and falling apart. Yet while they continue to increase the cost, they haven't improved the amenities or atmosphere. I chose my apartment specifically because it is close to a hot tub and it's out of service more than it's in service. The water gets cut-off at least once a month for plumbing problems. There's a pipe in my shower that spews dirty A/C(') water into my shower.

If they are late on fixing things, they don't get charged. But if we're late even a few hours with rent, we get charged $75.

PS... I got hit with that charge for late rent too... but ummm I was late with my payment. Those are the rules that adults play by. Rent is due the first of the month and there is a two or three day grace period. So, your rent was not late a few hours... it was late a few days.

if they're late on fixing things and I was late with rent I wouldn't pay the$75 until they fixed what needed to be fixed. Yes we play by adult rules, but so should they. Its a two way street.
