Really great place From: MrENigma Date posted: 6/30/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I spend most of my free time at home. Thus, the environment in which I live is very important to me. I strongly value a quiet place to live... and I look to live in a place where others respect quiet as well. My experience may be unique in that I face Lincoln Avenue. So, I do not have to deal with anyone accross from me. Maybe the central courtyards are different... but the outer facing units all seem to be quiet. I have traffic noise, which I thought would be an issue... but it actually has not been. I have not called about too many things... in fact only two... but both of those were taken care of right away. In fact... one was an issue with the Dish Washer and it was replaced with a new one. The floor plans are great here and the units really feel more than a simple apartment. I am thinking the floor plans most likely would appeal more to women. As you can see... these units are not particularly cheep, but with housing costs the last many years it has been worth it. If the rent goes up as much as it did after one year I may have to think about leaving. However, if they do not... then you can count on my staying here. The leasing agents (who also work for points of contact for any needs) are awesome. Every one of the ladies in the office I have had dealings with have been very friendly, very profesional, and very responsive. So, basically I strongly recommend this complex... just maybe stay clear of the units facing the inner courtyards if noise is an issue and be prepared to pay quite a bit. PS... after answering the star questions. Parking is great! No assigned spots and more than enough parking for residents. There is plently of parking for guests too... unfortunately I think residents park in those spots. Sometimes there are kids that skateboard in the visitor area, but not too often. The grounds are very well maintainted and nice to walk through. I feel very safe here... there is guard that walks around in the evenings.
