Great Landscaping BUT that's it

I wouldn't spend a penny here if I wasn't attached to a lease - can't wait until ours ends here....at least 2-3 times per month you will not have any water, and usually onced per month; no power.
The management has countless excuses as to why this occurs.
Just recently the community was given less than 20 hours notice (on Sunday night)to find alternative parking as they decided to patch-pave the parking lots on Monday morning...several people received parking tickets as there was not ample time to find parking arrangements.
Also; just given less than 24 hours notice that we will not have hot water or gas on 6/13 as they have to once again "fix" something...it's never their fault and they do not give any discount off of rent for their failure to provide the basics that are to be included when you rent.
It's never happened to us, but despite their excuses for lack of water, power and gas, don't be late on your rent; they feel entitled to every penny regardless of failure to live up to their end of the lease agreement......great landscaping though but also be aware of the family disputes, all-night continuous parties from the same tennants and robberies that occur here..again they close their eyes and don't give a hoot.
Spend your money wisely elsewhere! Would hate to see another family taken advantage of or put in the midst of this.
