This has got to be the worst apartment complex ever. My time here has been a nightmare. Water on and off without notice, they tow your car out of your own spot. ("Sorry") They say they are committed to #1 in customer service... but they won?t do anything for you. RATS! They know it?s an issue, yet the measures they take to correct the problem are halfheartedly. It seems to me that they would rather "band aid" an issue and hope they don't get too many complaints. Don't be one of the disappointed.. rent somewhere else. The place looks great though.. I mean weed-whackers and leaf blowers working 4 days a week in the early morning have got to have an effect. The cops are always here. Also, there is no security to speak of, unless the old guy with the flashlight makes you feel safe but the thugs in the parking lot probably wouldn't mind walking you to your apartment. All in all.. Great place to tell your friends you live in as you drive by, but would not want to have them come and visit. I am going to break my 1 year lease to get out.. It is worth the penalty to get out. I am an actual tenant; Renters beware!
