i first thought that the idea of living in anaheim would be a bad thing for me to do considering i am a young woman. however, i got offered a job in the area so i figured this would be the best thing for me to do. turns out i LOVE it here. i have now been here for about 6 months and have never had any problems. most people who post on these things are just bitter b/c they probably got evicted or something and have nothing better to do with their lives but complain. the management staff i have found always to be very friendly and outgoing. they are always eager to help! also, the mainenence staff are always on top of their work, they make the property look cozy and clean. so i guess in so many words i am saying that The Villager is a wonderful place to live! the people are nice, and the grounds are always pretty.

I am so glad you love Arnel Properties. I just moved out of next door, and I wasn't evicted. Give it a few more months before they turn on you. That seems to be there common practice. I paid my rent on time, and never had services rendered. Before you make self centered comments about people being evicted you should find the facts.
