First of all the place is trashy, with pedestrian gates welded shut, and fire access gates chained shut.

I once actually watched the paramedics come to the fire access gate, only to find it chained shut so they had to park in the street.

Also the water is constantly going off because the pipes are leaking, which is why the shared metering for gas and water is so high.

You should know that the power and water company is owned by ARNEL as well as the cable provider Skylink LP, look it up on the california secretary of state website, they share an office in Costa Mesa.

Management sucks, a bunch of prying bored bimbos.

Also be very careful if you have a roommate.

Management loves to get involved in roommate disputes, they tried to force me to pay money to my roommate in order to allow me to move out HAHA yeah right.
