WOW WOW WOW! From: TOPDOG1 Date posted: 10/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   THIS BUILDING LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE APARTMENTS ARE VERY NICE INSDE TOO! BUT THERE IS WAY TO MUCH SHRUBBERY AROUND WHICH MEANS SPIDERS AND RATS! OH YES THEY ARE HERE! SPRAYING DOES'NT HELP EITHER. YOUR NOT EVEN SAFE ON THE 2ND FLOOR EITHER THEY ARE THERE TOO. POOL AREA GETS REALLY NOISY, PRICE IS TO HIGH FOR THE SMALLER APARTMENTS THERE 900 SQFT IS GREAT FOR A 1 BEDROOM BUT IT DOESNT SEEM 900 SQ FT, I THINK THE PATIO AREA IS ADDED IN THE MESUREMENTS. EVERYTHING IS TO FAR AWAY ESPECIALLY THE PARKING AREA. MANAGEMENT IS OK BUT MOST OF THE STAFF IS COLD TO YOU,. OH WELL WE DONT DEAL MUCH WITH THEM.
