Casa Madrid Next to Villager is HORRIBLE! (Both Arnel properties)

I moved to Casa Madrid in early May 2007 with high hopes for the apartment complex. Sadly the following months proved to be both difficult and expensive.

I had issues with the following:

Insufficient parking

Consistent Vandalism

and leaky roof.

I'm moving out at the end of my lease.

Do not move to Casa Madrid.

there is no valet parking any where. also did you live in the same [place i did? I enjoy it here any issues i had with my apartment was fixed. the place looks great i have not seen any "vandalism" may be it is a ex-girlfriend scorned just saying since I know everyone can have there own opinion it is nice clean quite and well kept. I will renew and stay as long as they will have me.
