TO the last few residents-BOO HOO! If you don't like where you live-move. You are responsible for your own hapiness and neither one of you sound happy. When you point the finger at someone else there are four more pointing back at yourself. I bet no matter where you live you will never be happy. I enjoy living here and the rent is reasonable compared to others in the area.
