It seems that people who post all these comments are pissed off at the world, and nothing can please them. I have lived at the vineyards for 5 months now, its my first apartment moving out from my parents and that alone can be scary. Yes its noisy, you can hear the toliet flushing next door, and the train never stops, but what can you expect you HAD to drive over the tracks to get here so if your at all intellegent you know before moving in the train makes a choo-choo noise. Yes i will also admit the matinence is somewhat absent from the job. Heck my toliet has been running since i moved in and the havn't responded to my call about fixing it. But the complex has its good points, i have great neighbors, and a good parking place. The people in the front office were polite and informative when i have questions. I didnt like the rude note i got about leaving my christmas lights hanging up after december and the threat of "must take them down" but i understand that the management just wants a nice looking complex. Anyways i think the apartment is nice, and i have enjoyed my stay here and plan to renew my lease.

Don't be fooled, this is a lyon staff in disguise. Lyon Inc. is in a huge lawsuit for bilking tenants in illegal operations. Take that, holiday girl!

I second that emotion! Look at the verbage. It is definately an employee that has written the above review. I heard that it is a common practice that the office staff at any apartment complex look at this site and try to offset their score by posting false positive reviews.

For the love of goodness, im not an employee, im a struggling full time college student. I have no idea about any law suit, im just trying to get by. I like my apartment and i like my neighbors. Im entitled to my opinion and thats that. Im sorry you all had a bad time with the office staff, and are upset about your bills but im happy with the apartment, and with the way i was treated.

You pay as much as you want, "christmas chick", heck, pay all of our excess charges, too, if you like. We're upset about being lied, cheated and abused. Wake up! All of Northern California will tell you the same. Indeed!

Everybody's rght--this is a total noob of a Lyon mismanagement henchman...if their just posting to say"golly gee my neighbors are swell" she wouldn't be tagging on.."people that post are bitter", and it's a management ploy to get you to think you are supposed to live with faulty plumbing...and she goes on to say first that the management was "polite" and in the very next breath she called them "rude". Get a grip....!

Maybe you all should be the ones to get a grip and grow up. Get educated and real jobs so that you can afford a house and not rent a shabby little apartment. Personally, I think you are all looking for a quick BUCK!!!!!!!

So you think the place is shabby, too? What do you do just go online to sound off your angst? You're head is in the recto-cranial position if you are thinking of "making a buck", smartypants! You and Lyon are the ones making the bucks & you are stealing every last one from the tenants. YOU SHOULD be the one to get that life generated. Hm?
