The management are thieves. They'll lie to you and keep hundreds of dollars from your security deposit. Also watch out for their utility billing: "National Water and Power" is not a public utility company, but a billing company that arbitrarily decides how much to charge.

These guys have a number of borderline-illegal practices, like claiming that charging you for carpet cleaning is "standard practice".
