The more we are learning of this outfit the more upset we are feeling. We have the same corrupt bunch here, pulling the same nonsense. At least Northern California has filed suit against these mongrels. The tenants and former tenants of So. Cal. aren't so lucky......FUTURE RENTERS beware! You'll say goodbye to that big deposit, you'll pay double charges to two utilities companites, you'll get charged for things like streetsweeper, when there is none. And when they say out of control and ferociously mean managers...it is sadly true.Avoid!
