Do Your Homework Before Moving Here

I have lived in this complex for to long and will be moving in a month. Overall, it is not bad but check out the other apartments in the area. First, lets start with the property. It looks ok as the complex was updated about 2 years ago; however, this was just the exterior. When it comes to the interior, that is a different story. Some apartments have the original cabinets which are white plastic laminate while others have a fack Oak Wood laminate. Either way, these cabinets are old, outdated, and are in need of updating. The countertops are original. Instead of upgrading, management has had them resurfaced which is a waste of money. Yes at first the tops look nice but after a month the imperfections start to show threw. And for as old as these are there are a lot of imperfections.
The stoves, dishwashers, and hoods are all outdated. The kitchen lights are being upgraded but this does little to enhance the kitchens look. There is standard cheap vinyl flooring in both entry, kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet is your basic cheap stuff. The bathroom is the same story as the kitchen when it comes to the cabinet and top. No mirrored doors for the closets and light fixtures are either old and cheap.
Overall for a complex that sells itself on luxury living this complex is no way near being luxurious. Complexs in Santa Ana are by far nicer with granite countertops, oak and white cabinets, wood flooring and decent carpeting.
The property is always changing management and even so no single director or leasing agent walks the gounds to check things out. As long as you pay your rent on time which also includes the water bill and cause no problems, the management will no bother you. When it comes to the rents, look and compair because other complex offer nicer units for the same price. Just look on Craigs List and check out the discounts being offered here at the Vineyards. This should tell you something about the complex as tenants are always moving out and that the leasing agents cannot rent the units.
So in closing, just do your homework and see if the Vineyards is really the place you want to call home. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt
