The apartment complex itself is not half bad, the noise from the train is LOUD, the staff at the Vineyards is the problem. There are 3 "managers" (and I use the term managers loosely) Rabena, Chad and Luis. The three of them together can not make one manager! They are rude, uncaring, snooty, in one word DISCUSSING

how about going into the office and telling them personally? i am a resident here and have been for 2 1/2 yrs, the management has changed ALOT and the office manager is definitely a looser, BUT the other workers are just doing their job in taking direction from their boss they can only do so much. also learn how to spell!!!

Funny that you would tell someone to learn how to spell when you have grammar mistakes yourself. BTW, the guy is right. This place sucks. I have lived there. I don't know why I picked that place. It's ghetto white trash. It is funny though when you go into the leasing office and the guys in there are wearing JC Penny suits. Why would you need to wear a suit? Is that going to make the 70's style apartment look any better?

I personally think JC Penny suits are snazzy! But come on. If you work, you would understand these people probably have to adhere to a dress code. I live here...yes, there's problems, like everywhere else. But I pay rent on time, I let them know when I have a problem in the place, and they fix it. Sometimes, yes, it may take longer than 48 hours, like if they have to replace something (my stove went out and they had to replace it from the vendor...4 days. Big friggin deal). That's all. I dont expect anything else from them, or they from me. I've rented here for 4 years, and other places for many years. This has been pretty much hassle free. What I've come to learn, is that people who complain usually are leaving out a big piece of information, like, perhaps they were evicted? Or being penalized for trying to break their lease?
