The Vineyards is horribly managed, and management makes every effort to leach you of all your deposit at the end of your lease by charging you $$$ for cleaning, painting, etc. It's a rip-off. The complex is run by bad managers and rude associates. The bldgs are old, badly maintained, and maintenance doesn't fix anything on the initial try but the 4 and 5th tries. In the two years that I have lived there: there were critters inside the walls, spiders, our roof leaked, the garbage disposal broke, my bike got stolen out of my parking spot. Lastly, it's near the train! RUN FAR AWAY, YOU SHOULD NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!!
