I've only been at my studio for a month, and I am already moving out. I'm a quiet tenant who doesn t cause any trouble, but the neighbors are noisy and obnoxious. They act as if this entire area is a dorm. Wish I had visited this site before moving in to that apartment. Anaheim Hills being a better neighborhood than downtown Anaheim is such a farce. I m moving back to the ghetto! Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

Yeah as a former tenant, I noticed that the area around the pool which is studios is very noisy and the people that live around there all smoke and drink at all hours of the night. Sometimes I wondered if that was the smoking section. Funny too because all of the tenants are all older people who still behave like they are young and look like they belong on a episode of COPS being busted for doing Meth. Vineyards sucks all around. Btw, why would anyone want to rent a studio there for 950.00 a month when you can just live in a one bedroom in a not so nice area for the same price. And it's 100 yards to a train track.

One more thing, I cannot believe this place even got a 3% on here.. but thinking again it is just probably posters from those working at Lyon Management.

I lived there for 6 months in a studio. The parking is great and the pool, spa , workout room is awesome! The only problem I had was the train going by every 30 min & they charge you for water trash gas & electric. Soo $900.00 a month turns into a Thousand a month. There are better places that are cheaper for a studio. We had to break our lease due to my husband and i divorcing and they charges us over a thousand dollars to break it.
