I lived at Wateridge for about a year (00-01). It is located in a decent and convenient area. The staff was friendly and neighbors were considerate. They did allow pets and that was a problem for me as well - dogs often made lots of noises and there was very little you could do to stop the barking. I also had a problem in regards to safety. My car was broken into, even when I parked inside the apartment property. Make sure you have some type of insurance or anti-theft device. It happened to me there, it could happen to anyone.

This is a bad place because of the constant barking and moaning of dogs needing attention or barking at other tenants. My expectations were definitely broken because the place looked so nice in the day.
