I have lived at Wateridge Apartments for 2 years now. It was pretty bad when I moved here but there have been a lot of new improvements. There are a few new faces in the office and a few that have been here for a while but they do very well. They have kicked out alot of people so far. It has been cleaned up alot.
At one point we had no grass anywhere on the property. The landscaping is beautiful now. They have painted the outside of the apartments and we just got new signs in the front.
It is a very nice and relaxing place to live. Also they take small dogs which is great if you have one because most places don't. My rent has gone up $ 60 dollars since I've been here but rent will go up anywhere you go in orange county.

U lucky tht they have only raised ur rent by $60. We have been leaving in this horrible place for the past 2 yrs now. After ur lease expired they wanted almost $300 more from us. All they do is landscaping all day long and don't see how ridiculous the apartment actually look like. So glad we are moving out of here....I would personally would not recommend to live in these apartments. There r better places people, so plz look around before u get urself stuck in this stupid place. All the faces in the office r lazy and do not wanna help us out. All they want is the rent in time and more money frm u.

The did find the gardening, pool, and trees very well kept and planted. That was what we fell for but the noisy animals and lack of parking is making us not like H2O Ridge. I don't think I can take any more. May have to move.
