Good things: Nice grounds, spacious apartments, nice staff, 2 pools w/jacuzzi, 2 laundry rooms, 1 reserved covered parking for each apartment, brand new fitness room (so disregard older reviews that say there isn't one, it just opened less than a month ago), close to 5 and 57 fwys, decent neighborhood, mirrors on closet doors

Bad things: Open parking for 2nd car gets full after 9pm and street parking is spotty, if the gates break they leave them open instead of closed, no official guest parking (but they probably won't get towed if you let them in), laundry room gets dirty and machines sometimes break, and I have seen/heard of cars and outside storage units getting broken into

FYI: Laundry is $1.25 for a washer and $1 for a dryer and they aren't particularly large

We live downstairs and did have a problem with a leak in the bathroom. They did fix it but it took them 2 tries and almost a week.

We have persistent ants in our apartment, but we are on the end and they are coming in through the outside wall.

Dogs are allowed and some of them are loud and bark a lot, and the walls/floors are not that thick and you will hear some noise from the apartment above/next to you. Not word for word unless they are yelling, but you can tell if they are watching tv, talking, or leave the fan in the bathroom on.

Pools aren't heated, there are a couple bbqs nearby that are small and functional but not that great looking - no tables nearby to eat at.

There is a fire station next door, but we live in the opposite corner and never hear sirens. You can hear the Disneyland fireworks but they are not too loud.

Each apt. has a balcony or patio, but they are nothing to get excited about - the balconies are by the front door and narrow, the patios are totally enclosed and get no sunlight.

Only one a/c unit in living room, and the air flow from that to our bedroom is practically nonexistent.

Extremely close to Angel Stadium/Grove/train station, Honda Center (Ducks), Disneyland and resort area. Next to a Benihana & El Torito with a 7-11, Pizza Hut, car wash, etc. across the street.

It is now April 07 and we have lived here since July 06 and may renew our lease or may try to find something closer to where I work - overall I would recommend it with a few caveats.
