DO NOT MOVE HERE!

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Because the "good" list is so much shorter I'm going to point that out first: Close to the 57 highway and pretty grounds. Apartment size is ok to good. That's it.

Now for the bad: To start off, it was not even ready they day they had told us and was written in our contract, we had to wait two more days (and we had movers and a truck and everything already reserved). They are unorganized, unprofessional and incompetent. The car-gates break constantly and they take forever to fix them (leaving them wide open in the meantime), and I think there is one walk-in gate that has never been fixed. Letting any person who would like to break into a car or vandalize cars or something (which has happened) the perfect opportunity to walk right on in. They never get anything done that you ask, and everything goes wrong or breaks (in your apt. (garbage disposal-not b/c of what I put down into it either, towel rack, dishwasher, carpet, A/C, etc.) and on the grounds (pool, laundry room, gate, etc))! And if they owe you money or a refund for something, expect to wait 2-3 months for it (with us it was to compensate us for the two days, cancelling and re-hiring truck and movers--which they only did after I demanded it and got really after them--I mean EXTREMELY pissed--about the huge mistake they made). They also don't tell you everything they need to when you move in, expect a few surprises. They constantly claim that there must have been a "miscommunication" for all of their mistakes. I have had to fix things myself (see the above-mentioned a few things that broke) because they just won't show up even though they say they will (and/or they forget to tell maintenance). ALSO When we did actually move in, our carpet was all messed up and the floor and nails were showing, so they said the carpet guys would be on a particular day and a specific time, so I waited and waited and waited. No one showed up. I didn't even gt a call from management...until the next day when the carpet guys were at the door (wateridge management had either told them the wrong day or didn't tell them soon enough for the day before) and the call from the office was like this: "Oh by the way the carpet guys will be there today instead of yesterday" me: "yeah you think' they're at my door" OMG! And what's worse is the manager ---- is the worst of all the people in the office. At one point we tried to contact HIS supervisor (called several times) because they owed us a refund and the manager ---- kept beating around the bush and flat out lying to us (he changed his story THREE times!) and not getting it done and it had been a couple months since we were owed the money and we never even heard anything from HIS boss (----) either! WNG Property is really bad, I will never rent from them again. Horrible, horrible management. Crappy apartment, everything breaks. Lots of noise too, excessive. Would not recommend to anyone!! DO NOT LIVE HERE!
