i have lived here for 8 months and.....ANTS! ANTS! ANTS! Seriously, there everywhere... they have paper thin walls, you can hear EVERYTHING! if someone is vaccuming above you... and you are trying to watch tv... forget it. The management is absolutly horrible. The main manager is a complete smart A$$ and well be really nice to you before you move in, but once you're in he completly ignores your requests and concerns. If something is broken, Plan on fixing it yourself. The laundry room is nasty. Dirty all the time and everything is allways broken. Now last but not least.... PARKING. It is the worst parking i have ever seen in my life. I have a lot of friends who have lived in various apartments and NONE of them have had parking this bad. If you plan on having friends come over past 7 o'clock... They have to park down the street at El Torito and you just pray they dont get towed. I do not recommend this apartment what so ever. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

you are soooo right... ANTS! do you pay a pet deposit for them damn, we had to spray all the time and they kept coming back. Parking? they said there was guess parking but they didn't say where. the manager couldn't agree more fake as can be double talking no answer giving a$$. if you don't hear everything going on around you or 2 apartments down its the guy stomping up the stairs or the fire trucks and just street noise.
