EVERYTHING YOU READ ABOUT THIS PLACE IS TRUE! MANAGEMENT SUCKS! CRIME IS HIGH MANY PEOPE HAVE BEEN MUGGED HERE! I LIVED HERE FOR A YEAR AND HALF AND REGRET IT EVERYDAY. DONT EXPECT YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT NO ONE DOES! IN FACT I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA THAT WAS PROMISED TO TAKE CARE OF BY -------------. THAT --- IS THE ------- AND CARES LESS ABOUT THE TENANTS. HE IS RACIST. HE PUTS THE --------- AND ------ IN THE BACK AND THE ------PEOPLE BY THE OFFICE SO IT SEEMS OK. I KNOW I LIVED BY THE OFFICE. THE POLICE COMES EVERY FREAKING WEEKEND ABOUT SOMETHING. TO TOP IT OFF THEY HAVE A RODENT PROBLEM. ITS SOOOOO GROOOSE THERE!!!! I CAN GO ON AND ON.......

Absolute TRUTH! Sorry to hear another tragic story, I'm glad I'm outta there... s*@t hole. Yeah, I had to pay freaking extra on top of my deposit cause "they" decided to change a 2 year old carpet. That should have been at their expense NOT my! Stay away from these thieves!!!

--------is a little weasel and he doesn't care what color you are we had a time with him and we are ------... I personally never paid much attention to where 'classes' of people were living but we were right up front my the office and I'm not sure if that was any better more street noise and we felt like we were in a fish tank and they were always looking at us. It was the worse place we ever lived thank God we didn't get stuck paying extra but they did try. ----- thieves is right!

I AGREE WITH YOUR ---'S COMMENTS. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE YOU KNOW IN THE SUMMER TIME HE WOULD DELIBERATLEY SHUT THE POOLS DOWN ON THE MOST HOTTEST TIME OF THE YEAR FOR OTHER PEOPLES MISTAKE. PROBABLY NOT THE TENATS FAULT. ITS FUNNY HOW OFTEN I FIND PEOPLE IN THEIR POOLS THAT DIDNT EVEN LIVE AT THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX! PEOPLE WERE PAYING RENT AND FOR WHAT HALF OF THE THINGS THEIR WERE NOT BEING ABLE TO USE, LAUNDRY FACILITY NOT EVEN WORKING, HARLDLY ANY GOOD PARKING FOR THE PEOPLE THAT LIVED THEIR AND WHEN YOU COMLAIN ABOUT IT HE SAID PLEASE DON'T TALK TO ME HAVE IT IN WRITING AND THEN DID NOTHING. THAT PLACE IS A JOKE. ITS FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE LEARNING HOW TO BE A FIRST TIME -------.

The mgmt is not very helpful or fair people to work with. I never thought people like them need to be slimmy but they are. I have a degree in Hotel Mgmt and worked as a hotel mgr in Anaheim. Problem tenants @ the hotel move on but still are treated with respect. Waterridge should embrace their relationship because we are there long term. They rather keep you to your contract more than anything else.
