These apartments are going down hill. Ever since they started losing renters this place has gone down hill. The gate is broken all the time and maintenance has slowed down. The maintenance guys are nice and you do see them around. The pool was even closed down by the Anaheim City Health inspector for two weeks for lack of cleaning. I have not gone in the pool or spa since. The grounds have been kept up well and that has been the same since we have lived here. The apartments are standard nothing special The two tone paint is nice and if you can get them to trow in an accent wall it helps make it look allot nicer. The bedroom in the one bed room is really big and can fit a king size bed easily. The in wall heating unit just blasts semi hot air and after awhile you will have to get out of bed and turn it off. The in wall air conditioner unit doesn't work that well either you have to run it all the time to get the place to cool down. The reason is the walls are paper thin and it is so awesome when I hear my next door neighbor hacking in his bathroom first thing in the morning. Parking is a joke here. There is not enough spaces for everyone that live here, and when people come to visit there are no spots. Also on busy nights if you have someone over and parked in the guest parking their car might be towed. Just a warning the parking here sucks. There has also been a strain of burglaries but this is mostly peoples own fault for leaving stuff in their cars. But having the gate not working I'm sure plays a big part. This place is one of the nicer places on Ball but you can find better in other areas of Orange Country. The management is inattentive and will forget your requests and you'll have to ask multiple times. The main ------- ------- will get nothing done for you in the time frame he says he will. You will have to ask his staff and they will get it done after a few reminders. ------- just smiles and nods at you. The worst part is every 12 months (or term of your lease) your rent will go up when you sign a new lease. and if you don't sign a new lease your rent will go up by $300 a month. Also the best part is they wont do anything special to keep their "valued residents" at the property. They just offer you the same deal someone can get walking in off the street. Way to make us want to stay.
Over all don't rent here, two years ago when I moved in I would give it a thumbs up but the place has just gone down hill.
Its sad to see.

----- is well versed and appears to be a relatively good person. However he is trying to keep occupancy up and defer your requests when he cans. I don't want to live there.
