The Worst about this comminity is the Quality of the service to the Tendents all they really care about is THAT THEY RECEIVE THE RENT ON TIME!!!!!!!! But when it comes to taking care of the residents absolutly no reactions it is very disapointing specilly because the rent is so high and we receive this kind of service it is just not acceptable we pay a high rate to receive a high quality of service but not in this case.

When you have problems the office is closed most of the time during buisness hours all you can see is the " I'll be Back sign on the door " and it remains there until it is time to close the office. NOT ACCECTABLE

CAUTION: IF YOU EVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH DAMAGES CAUSED BY A THE COMMUNITY THEY WILL LITERLY STEP BACK... AND SAY WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE..BUT YET YOU MUST PAY A RENTERS INSURANCE UPON MOVE IN THINKING THAT THIS INSURANCE WILL COVER YOU BUT NO IT WILL NOT COVER YOU OR YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS IT IS ONLY TO THE COMMUNITIES BENIFIT NOT YOURS...

if something is wrong in your apartments and you call maintance to fix it he will try to get some extra cash from you so he can fix the problem if you do not give him some money he will just not fix it.

I must say that in these apartments are Quite and most of the recidents are Good neibors.

This Community should pay more attention to there valued residents first before doing any kind of upgrades to the apartments.

WESTMONT APARTMENTS REALLY NEEDS A GOOD MANAGER TO WATCH OVER THE TENDENTS NEEDS AND THAT WOULD BE THE COMMUNITIES SOLUTION TO ALOT OF THE PROBLEMS THAT MOST TENDENTS HAVE.
