Madison Park (formerly Grand Resort) 30% Recommended May 13 2008: I MOVED IN ABOUT 6 MONTHS AGO AND FROM MY UNDERSTANDING WHEN SOMEONE MOVES OUT, THE APARTMENT STAFF ARE SUPPOSE TO CLEAN, REDO CARPET, AND PAINT...ECT...WELL MY APARTMENT LOOKED LIKE SOMEONE STILL LIVED THERE. The people all around me party to all hours of the night and throw there trash anywhere. Try and get some help from the office! Parking hasn't been an issue for me but I live in the middle so whereever I Caribbean Cove (formerly Wilken Park) 21% Recommended May 11 2008: It has been nightmare after nightmare. Serena (leasing agent-assistant manager) Is all that people are saying and more. She plays nice with prospective's to get them to rent at Caribbean Cove, but after she reels you in she turns into Villager 36% Recommended May 10 2008: I moved to Casa Madrid in early May 2007 with high hopes for the apartment complex. Sadly the following months proved to be both difficult and expensive. I had issues with the following: Insufficient parking Consistent Vandalism and leaky roof. I& |
