There should be a gate remote control for each registered occupant, but there isn't. ALL gates should automatically open from the inside to let ANY car out. The gates do not serve any useful purpose to the occupants. Anyone who wants in can get in, except are expected guests. After all, anyone intending to vandalize a car or other mischeivious behavior has the time and doesn't mind waiting to be let in the gate by someone else. But it is annoying to our invited guests who are unable to locate our names in the gate directory and unable to drive in.
