The management is constantly changing. But for the few who stay, they hold very little respect for the tenants. Smart Ass remarks are not uncommon. Neither are the leers from the many who work there when you ask to know when the Gate will be working. The Gate has not been working for three days (Guaranteed it will be longer). At one point there was seven cars waiting at the gate. We all had to wait for a car to come out to activate the opening. The Gate has been a constant pain in the year I have lived here.
I have had maintenance people come into my apartment with no permission. With little apoligy.I personally can?t wait until I buy a house. Damn the year contract.
