I lived here for 1 year and by the 7th month I truly regretted signing a 1 year lease for this community. At first, I loved the apartment. The amenities are great and the apartments are very cute. However, too many rude and drug-using people live here. My neighbors beat eachother up at 1 am frequently and I basically had to put up with it for the entire time I lived there despite complaints. If you are deaf, this may be the place for you.
