Well they raise the rent every couple months and now have you pay for water garbage and sewer thru this lame company called ISTA. They are redoing the apartments and if you do the math every floor plan with the extra charges you will be paying about 60.00 extra dollars a month. why raise the rent people include the extra charges with the rent. Did i mention drugs in this place. Ya if you want a close local dealer this is the place, I don't let my kids play outside because of it. Maintance is good and yes we do have parking wars here. just ask anybody that lives here. I would like to see some real changes around here ya it stinks that during the revamp of this place that the Lewis Company is over charging rent and water garbage and sewer that should be included. But your company needs to look at your prices really you do. For these prices we all should move up to Roseville atleast we know we will get what we paid for. I would like to beable to go to the front office and be helped promptly to it seems like over the last 3 months that things have gone down hill. The only person that can get anything taken care of in the office is the night manager.
