This is a fabulous apartment complex. They gave me $500.00 off of my first months rent. And also when our lease came up they renewed it with $25.00 a month less and also a free gift (worth approximately $100.00) Washer and Dryer are included in Apartment. You can barbeque on the patio. But the apartment Property Manager is a real witch. Don't talk to her about issues if you want to speak to someone on an adult level. She can't seem to carry on a conversation without being defensive and rude. She yells at you when you disagree with her and just in general is a pain. Her name is Maggie Baysinger steer clear.
