I lived in these apartments for two years, and the management was horrible. My neighbors threw cigarette butts on the ground and I was charged for the trash pickup even though I didn't even smoke. I was also charged for "trash" pickup for leaving a citronella candle on my patio. There was never enough parking, and anytime I had guests over they would get the third degree from management on why they were on the property, even though we explained they were with us. They charged me twelve hundred dollars to replace carpeting when I moved out and refused to provide me a receipt, after a battle with them over this, they could not ever provide me a receipt and I was forced to take them to small claims court to get my money back.
It turns out that they never even replaced the carpet. They also attempted to charge me two hundred and fifty dollars for "lost" keys, even though I returned to them more keys than they ever gave me. I only avoided this charge, because I had taken a physical pictures of the keys before turning them in, because I had heard from a previous tenant that this was a scam that they constantly ran. In addition to this my car was broken into four times. Overall it was a horrible experience and I was glad to be rid of that place.
