My sister and our two kids decided to rent a 3bed bath duplex. Boy were we in for a shock!!! On move in day we got to clean Becasue the place was dirty!!!! it also wasnt cable ready!!!! and the cable guy spent 5hrs putting cable!! The next issue were our tolits that ALWAYS overflowed!!! no matter what,!!! at least 20XXX we had to leave messages to have it fixed, but the maintence staff, never showed up! when they did they never did anything!!! come to find out, a tree root was growing in our spetic tank!! that was only the begining -- my sis's car and 3 neighbors cars were broken into 2x each I kid you not!!!!! and this place is "safe and secure" whatever!!!!! Next, we found out that a nieghbers kid break into the cars !! for his mom, and then thay sold the radios !!!! Gee they do great background checks on tenants !!!! Do rent there the staff is lousey !!!!! i hated coming home at night!! we would have moved sooner BUT we had a lease !!!!

OMG! I agree with you 100% and it isn't just those things but many, many more. I know someone that had mold all over their home and it made their baby sick but they at first didn't do anything about it until they got legal help. Also now there is going to be tar roofing with TOXIC FUMES we will be forced to smell and become ill from (scheduled to start in Spring 2009 and go on a entire YEAR. If you want to discuss these and other issue with the Arbors you should go to (and invite any & everyone) to a public meeting regarding the toxic fumes and issue & report presentation will be made to community members at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, at the Center High School theater room, 3111 Center Court Lane in Antelope.
