The Arbors to me was a perfect place for my faqmily and I. If it wasn't for my job transfer I would still live there. The staff is friendly and professional. It's like renting a home with all the features of an apartment. I think that some people over exagurate and do not know how to comunicate with the staff, or don't know how to follow up. It's unfortunate that thew magority of people come to this site to complaine and not tell the good things. If we move back to Sac I'll definetly re rent.

maybe you just missed the new issues here, like the uninterested staff we now have, the unsupervised children running wild smoking and cussing, and all kinds of other problems they now have here at the Arbor's

OMG! I agree with you 100% and it isn't just those things but many, many more. I know someone that had mold all over their home and it made their baby sick but they at first didn't do anything about it until they got legal help. Also now there is going to be tar roofing with TOXIC FUMES we will be forced to smell and become ill from (scheduled to start in Spring 2009 and go on a entire YEAR. If you want to discuss these and other issue with the Arbors you should go to (and invite any & everyone) to a public meeting regarding the toxic fumes and issue & report presentation will be made to community members at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, at the Center High School theater room, 3111 Center Court Lane in Antelope.
