We have lived here for nearly 4 years and love it. Yes there are a lot of homes and lots of acreage. We chose it for a reason. It you do not like large communities it would be best that you rent at a small apartment community with no yard. We are greatful to have some type of yard and that there is no restrictions on the size of your animal. We have a large dog and no apartments would accept him. People generally find the time (nothing else to do)... to write bad things however we are writing because living here has saved us for many reasons due to the economy. If you chose something old....deal with it. If you want something brand new...go down the street to Roseville and pay $1500 for a 3 bedroom 1300 sqft with no yard, and no privacy for that matter. All in all we are happy

I wrote my reviews due to the fact that things are bad here and continue to get worse day by day. All the people that I have spoke to agree. If you have lived here that long and find nothing wrong, such gates always wide open so anyone can get in, grocery carts everywhere on the grounds, liquor bottles strewed about the entire area here, rude management, graffiti with offensive language spray painted everywhere, loud music well into the night, people shouting and fighting, dogs running throughout the entire area (I know I ran into my pole in my parking area due to a large dog chasing a small newborn kitten under my car and growling at me as well),children cutting through our backyard area from Watt Ave cursing and smoking throwing their trash down as they pass through, over soaked grounds (so soaked it caused sink holes that you can not see till you fall into one) while other spots are so dry and unkempt it is probably a fire hazard, people racing motor cycles (I reported them more than once) on the back lawn area where I walk my daughter in the evenings, YES ON THE LAWN ITSELF! they nearly ran my baby daughter 2yrs old down! I think that whoever wrote this review I am responding to either is management themselves (trying to bring up the rating) or people that are use to low life behavior and most likely part of the problem themselves or people that are not ever home and when they are home they are sleeping, not noticing what is going on here. So who knows what the case is here, most likely management (that's my guess) trying to fix things but it doesn't matter who wrote this review cause all the others out weigh it by a land slide, and soon others will as well. Soon as they are informed that there is a website review place to write how they feel about the Arbor's. Oh and if you do happen to be real tenants that have lived here that long without your car being broken into, service porch robbed, home robbed then so far you've been one of the very few lucky ones but I can be rested assured your luck will run out, it is only a matter of time.....Good Luck you will need it!

OMG! I agree with you 100% and it isn't just those things but many, many more. I know someone that had mold all over their home and it made their baby sick but they at first didn't do anything about it until they got legal help. Also now there is going to be tar roofing with TOXIC FUMES we will be forced to smell and become ill from (scheduled to start in Spring 2009 and go on a entire YEAR. If you want to discuss these and other issue with the Arbors you should go to (and invite any & everyone) to a public meeting regarding the toxic fumes and issue & report presentation will be made to community members at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, at the Center High School theater room, 3111 Center Court Lane in Antelope. Go read about it all & sign petition thank you! Related Web sites: www.myspace.com/nomoretarroofs www.thepetitionsite.com/1/nomoretarroofs
