If you are thinking of leasing/renting here then you should drive the street (including the back streets) to see the dirty old worn out landscape, littered with carts, trash, over grown weeds, dead branches hanging from the trees. You should also come by around school out time to see the near adult kids smoking and talking trash while throwing empty cans in the street (and most of them are just cutting through here)and onto their own homes. Oh and when you drive in just say anything you want to gain access into the Arbor's and the guards (guards what a joke!) will let you on through! Hell you don't even need to go to the guard area to get into the Arbors but instead just drive on in the back gate (one or both gates are always open) so you can see why it should not be called a gated community. Oh and be sure to check out the pool and computer room oh but make sure you get here before the 7 pm close time. While on your drive open your windows and I am sure you will hear many dogs barking and howling (no one attending to their needs)and most of the time on the weekends if you come at night you will here loud music partying people (early on in the evening) but later you can here (most of the time every weekend) those same people fighting and hollowering. Go check it for yourself and you will see what I mean! I wish I never moved here.

OMG! I agree with you 100% and it isn't just those things but many, many more. I know someone that had mold all over their home and it made their baby sick but they at first didn't do anything about it until they got legal help. Also now there is going to be tar roofing with TOXIC FUMES we will be forced to smell and become ill from (scheduled to start in Spring 2009 and go on a entire YEAR. If you want to discuss these and other issue with the Arbors you should go to (and invite any & everyone) to a public meeting regarding the toxic fumes and issue & report presentation will be made to community members at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, at the Center High School theater room, 3111 Center Court Lane in Antelope.
