I have been living at the Arbors for a very short period of time. I must say that I agree with the other tenants when they say that The Arbors is an unsafe, unsatisfactory place to live. There have been several incidents since I moved in that have required police involvement. One of my neighbors car s was broken into prior to Christmas.
Management does not enforce any of the rules that they set forth and the grounds are not well kept.
The lawns are always saturated with water there is a great degree of trash laying around and there are children wondering around constantly. The residents on my street NEVER remove their trash cans from the curb and they are often over filled and turned over. There are large dogs roaming around often. There used to be a guard at the main entrance. The guards would waive everyone in. They have since relived the guards of their duties until after hours. Meanwhile the back gate is open. I was told that repairing the gate was a number one priority. No attempts to even chain the gate closed have been made.
I knew that the apartments were old going in. I felt that it added character to the place. I still feel that way but the heating/air conditioning unit is extremely old and makes a ton of noise. It doesn t work very well either. To say that I m disappointed is an understatement. Once my lease is up I will be vacating immediately. I can be robbed and treated poorly in a cheaper neighborhood.

If you want to be treated even more poorly than you already have then go tell the head manager about your issues here and she will show you how much more rude things can get. Her name is Wendee Campbell and she is the -----!

Go look at the end part of Arapaho Way where a roof just caved in, they were told it was in need of repair but the office management didn't do a thing. So the roof caved in on the family living there. Sad.

Wendee is the greatest manager ever!!!!!!!!! I take it you have not had much experience with other landlords. Taake a look around. The ones that generally complain...are the ones that do not get their way, are never happy period, and have nothing better to do. The office staff is very professional and all of them very educated. Go down the street and see what you get. No pretty.
