I have had SEVERAL problems with this place - including them losing my rent payment - then having the nerve to accuse me of never really paying the rent. Thank goodness I paid them with a money order and was able to track it. They have the most incompetent office staff I have ever dealt with in my LIFE! The manager Wendee is so unprofessional and never gets anything done unless you go over her head first. If you live in the FRONT half of the community- sure you probably have no problems. I live in the back and have nothing but issues. My most recent issue'' I own a Toyota 4Runner that hasn't been running for about 2 months. It's going to take aobut $300 to fix it - which I don't have right now. My vehicle is a paid non-op with DMV and is still insured, as I plan on fixing it and using it. It is not an eyesore and by looking at it you cannot tell that it doesn't run. I came home from yesterday to find my truck GONE. The Arbors had it towed right out of my driveway! It wasn't even parked on the street! Now it's going to cost me over $300 (which I still don't have) to get it out of storage! So - this problem - among many other problems, such as sever mold, spiders galore, terrible enforcement of any of the "rules", no REAL security, and just plain incompetence by the office staff - I have had enough! NONE OF THE STAFF LIVES AT THE ARBORS!!! GEE - I wonder why'! Probably because they know it SUCKS!

I agree 100 % all the way same thing happened to my friend. This has to be stopped some way.

Sounds like you are very ungrateful, bitter, and nothing will ever please you. I am a happy tenant of The Arbors. It is a large place and I feel it is running quite well considering how many acres they have and homes. Apartments are easy to run. Maybe you should consider living there. A housing community might be too big for you. Good luck

You obviously either work for the Arbors or you live in the front half of the community. I live in the back half and you can talk to anyone who lives there- these homes are crap and their management sucks. Talk to some of the other tenants and you will know that we all have mold problems, bugs, spiders, etc. Wake up!!!! I have lived in other rental communities and I know what wonderful management is!This is NOT it. Maybe I'm not bitter - maybe you are just naiive and don't have the experience to know great community & management from a terrible community & management.

I lived in the front half of the Arbors and we had similar issues. The place is terrible, and the office staff is awful.
