i had mold the y came out trreated one spot but left others minde you this mold was black!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and i being in the apartmnet industry thought theuy would take care of it like i would nope wrong i was told that after bleach and water the issue is done there still is mold in the wall were the leaking down spout is and the cracked stucco were the water gets in tryed to talk to wende camble about it but was told i need an appointment to see the manager about a mold issue that is rediculous in my oppion then when i walked out got a phone call from her calling me a lyer and exagerating the situation but what pissed her off more was finding out i had pictures and mold sample witch her responce was thats fine it will come back clean!!!it may but she was very unprofesional wont ever recomend someone put there family in that situation

got out of my lease now still would run screaming if i had known about how bad it was
