When I lived there I was the first tenant... only got about 70 bucks taken out of the deposit. It was for shampoo'ing the carpet, which was not dirty. I had just cleaned it. But I figure they might be low on mad money. who knows.

I finally got the deposit after fighting for it for a couple months.

Paula kept saying every time i called or showed up in person, that it was sent off... then it got lost in the mail *cough cough* and it was way past the legal timeframe when I eventually recieved it.

big bathroom, appartment well built.. washer/dryer on balcony so its not loud and lint doesn't get all over the place.

dont recall needing work done in it

parking a couple buildings away with no assigned parking was a pain in the butt...

As with most appartments, workout room was a joke... no matter, 24 hour fitness right down the street.

Never heard neighbors, then again I was on the top floor. A little expensive, glad I got out when I did. Decent amount of cabinets.
