I am a current resident of 6 years at Hastings Park. I love all the staff that works in the office. The ladies in the office make you feel welcome every time you walk in, and the maintance staff is great on getting work orders complete. everytime I call, they are here like 2 seconds later sometimes. Well I love living here and I will continue to live here. Great community!! I would recommend this place to everyone.

I have lived here a couple of years, and am looking forward to getting the heck outta here. The walls are paper thin. I can hear my neighbor snoring at nightime! I have had my car stolen and a window in my new car smashed. Some of the laundry areas are dirty, you find things like condoms and the such in there, there is a lot of drug stuff going on, and the police are out here alot more than they should be. They have changed management and/or office staff 2 times since I have been here. The office staff changes regularly. As for maintanence, I have probably asked no less then 5 times for touch up paint, for example, and they say, okay, we'll bring that to you....and it hasn't happened yet. Would I recommend this place to others, no way. Things have really gone downhill, especially during this last year. I don't feel safe here.
